How do I schedule an appointment?
You can schedule an appointment by calling us at (786) 334-6928, using our online patient portal, or visiting our office during business hours. We offer same-day appointments for urgent needs.
What should I bring to my appointment?
Please bring your insurance card(s), a photo ID, a list of current medications, and any relevant medical records. For new patients, arrive 15 minutes early to complete paperwork.
What is your cancellation policy?
We request at least 24 hours notice if you need to cancel or reschedule an appointment. This allows us to offer the time slot to another patient who may need care.
Do you offer telehealth visits?
Yes! We offer virtual visits via video call for many types of appointments. Ask about telehealth options when scheduling your appointment.
How can I request a prescription refill?
You can request prescription refills through our patient portal, by calling our office, or by having your pharmacy contact us directly. Please allow 48 hours for refill requests to be processed.
What are your office hours?
We're open Monday through Friday from 8:00 AM to 6:00 PM, and Saturday from 9:00 AM to 2:00 PM. We're closed on Sundays and major holidays.
Do you accept walk-in patients?
While we prefer scheduled appointments to minimize wait times, we do accept walk-ins based on provider availability. We recommend calling ahead to check current wait times.
How do I get my medical records?
You can access most of your medical records through our patient portal. For complete records or records to be sent to another provider, please complete a medical records release form available in our office or on our website.
What if I have a medical emergency?
If you're experiencing a medical emergency, call 911 or go to the nearest emergency room immediately. For urgent but non-emergency issues, call our office during business hours or use our after-hours answering service.
